01 — Scalable Production System
Used an instructor-led video template in Descript to streamline production and reduce editing time. This allowed the team to deliver 20 videos with a consistent visual language while spending more time on high-quality motion design.
02 — Remote Video Quality
Edited raw footage from instructors recording remotely with personal cameras, using Premiere Pro and Descript to refine pacing, color, and audio quality for a polished and consistent final experience.
